Garnet dangle earrings made with glowing 22 karat gold and 18 karat yellow gold.
The garnet arch cabochons are bezel set with 22 karat gold around the gems. The top and dangles are 18 karat yellow gold with handmade 18k ear hooks.
The gemstones are a gorgeous, clear color. Garnets are not rare but this shape and size is a treasure to have found – I felt like they deserved high karat gold settings.
The garnets are natural and untreated. They each measure 9.95 mm across the top, 4 mm oval, 7.94 mm long (approximate measurements for a comparable set of arch cabochons would be 10mm x 4mm x 8 mm).
Total carat weight for the pair of gems is 6.9 ct.
