COCOandCHIA is my one-person studio where I handcraft contemporary, modern designs in metal.

Clean, uncluttered designs are what I find the most appealing.   It is important to me that my work be as technically perfect as possible yet clearly handmade.

I love that jewelry is such a personal thing.  It is so much more than just an object – I see it as works of art that we can wear.

I live outside of Boston with my husband and our little terrier. 

Jewelry making began for me at Penland School of Crafts – an amazing place that shook up my life.  I then apprenticed for and worked with a group of amazing jewelers – each with different special skills.

 I will be forever grateful to these people for their kindness, generosity of spirit and for sharing their knowledge, holding me to very high standards and for enduring friendships.
