Policies
I want you to be happy with whatever it is that you purchase from me.
If you receive an item that is not to your satisfaction for any reason, contact me upon receipt and I will work with you to correct the situation.
I will replace, repair or alter the item as needed.
You may also choose to return the item. All exchanges and returns need to be shipped back to me within 14 days of receipt – pristine condition, original packaging. Best advice is to insure the package.
When I receive the item I will refund for the purchase price. You would be responsible for the return shipping and the original shipping cost.
I need to have “policies” in place for most orders but I am very flexible about things – I understand that some things are purchased as gifts and the timing for return doesn’t work within that range. That is fine – I just ask that you communicate with me.
Custom rings made to your size are unique. Please be as sure as possible that you are ordering the correct size.
Privacy
I never have any access to your payment information – PayPal has all of that so I never see your banking or credit card information.
Payment
Payments are through PayPal – you will be re-directed to the site to enter your payment information. You do not need to have a PayPal account and can use any of your credit cards.
Taxes & VAT
Massachusetts residents will need to pay the 6.25% sales tax.
International customers are responsible for any taxes or fees imposed by your country – VAT, postal processing fees, customs charges – that sort of thing – it can be quite a lot of money in some countries, so please have a look at the website for your country for import information.
